At Beauchiq By Maggs, we believe in clear communication to ensure a seamless and enjoyable visagie experience for all our clients across the US. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our key policies before booking your appointment. Understanding these guidelines helps us provide the best possible service and ensures a fair process for everyone.

 Our policies

Thank you for choosing our services. We understand you might have questions about our booking process, cancellations, and service agreements. . Please review the policies below carefully before booking to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

📅 Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled 1–2 months in advance to ensure your preferred date and time is available.

  • All bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Your appointment is NOT secured until the required deposit is received.

💳 Deposits & Payments

  • A minimum 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your slot. This must be paid within one week of making your booking to ensure your slot.

  • Your appointment will not be secured if the deposit is not paid.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment (before makeup application begins) and can be paid via cash or Cash App.

  • Clients may also choose to pay the full 100% of the service fee upfront prior to the scheduled date.

⏰ Late Arrivals

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur.

  • A 15-minute grace period will be extended without additional fees.

  • After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be applied.

  • After 30 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

Please plan accordingly to avoid cancellation or additional charges.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise.

  • Appointments may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.

    • This will result in forfeiting 50% of your deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiting 100% of your deposit.

  • If Beauchiq By Maggs cancels your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations can be made via email at (Info@beauchiqbymaggs.com), Direct Message at (Beauchiq_bymaggs), or WhatsApp at (+31 613423446).

  • Rescheduling is permitted within 30 days of the original appointment date, using your existing deposit (subject to availability). Rescheduling after 30 days will be considered a new booking and a new deposit will be required.

🚗 Traveling Policy

  • Travel services are available at the client’s expense at a rate of $0.50 per mile (round trip).

  • For bridal bookings, the first 40 miles are covered by us.

  • Any mileage exceeding 40 miles will be the responsibility of the client.

🧴 Health & Skin Conditions

  • Clients must inform us of any infectious health-related issues, skin conditions, or allergies at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to ensure safe and appropriate preparation.

  • Beauchiq By Maggs will not be liable for any consequential issues arising from undeclared allergies or conditions. 

  • Beauchiq By Maggs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of contagious or infectious conditions.

📸 Photographs & Videos

  • The client grants permission for before and after photos and videos to be taken.

  • Content may be used for promotional purposes on social media and marketing platforms with client consent.

🧴 Client Preparation

 

  • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.

  • Be ready at your scheduled time to avoid delays. or cancelations.
